ABSTRACT
Wilson’s disease is an autosomal recessive genetic disease that is characterized by a defect in biliary excretion of copper, resulting in copper accumulation especially in the liver, brain, kidney and cornea. Herein we report a pregnant case with Wilson’s disease and will discuss with emphasis on the prenatal genetic counseling, obstetric management and treatment options during pregnancy using the recent literature.
