ABSTRACT
CONCLUSION:
Early recognition as well as a multidisciplinary approach are necessary to avoid high maternal and fetal mortality.
RESULT:
Coronory angiography was done and revealed 99% occlusion in left anterior descending artery together with D1. After the percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and intracoronary stent placement, complete passage was achieved. The rest of the follow-up was uneventful. She gave birth an alive baby with 3400 g weight, APGAR score of 9-10 by the vaginal way at 38th weeks gestation without any problem.
METHOD:
We describe the case of a 38-year-old multiparous pregnant woman with anterior myocardial infarction. Electrocardiogram showed ST segment elevation in leads V1-V4 and also she had elevated cardiac enzymes.
