ABSTRACT

Vaginal carcinoma seen really rare and its treatment requires individual planning. Physical, psychological and social self confidence decreases after vaginectomy and their family integrity can negatively affects. In this report, we discussed the necessity of the reconstruction a functional vagen after radical surgery and the sigmoid colovaginoplasty in the view of the current literature.
