ABSTRACT

Guillain Barre Syndrome is an acute autoimmune inflamatory demyelinating polyneuropathy triggered by an infection. it is an rare disease and can manifest in pregnancy rarely. There is no consensus in management of the disease during pregnancy because it encounter rarely.in this report, we discus a case of Guillain Barre Syndrome in pregnancy that started by dyspnea and developed ascendent.
