Congenital heart defects are the commonest major anomalies in the live-newborn (6-8/1000). Truncus arteriosus is observed in %1.6 of the live-newborns with congenital heart defects. In this report we present a case detected at 23 gestation weeks. The parents, a consangineous couple, referred to our clinic for evaluation of abnormal four chamber view of the fetal heart. A detailed fetal echocardiography revealed truncus arteriosus.
