Unclassified sex kord stromal tumors: case report

Ovarian sex-cord stromal tumors account for about 5% of primary ovarian neoplasm. Tumors lacking sufficient differentiation to be classified furter along ovarian or testicular lines or showing divergent differentiation but to an insufficient degree to be diagnosed as a gynandroblastoma are placed in a unclassified sex-cord stromal tumor category. This tumor account for 10% of sex-cord stromal tumors. 22 years-old pregnant women (in 25 weeks of gestation) was admitted with complaint of epigastric pain. Patient detected ovarian mass was diagnosed as unclassified sex-cord stromal tumor. We presented case because of rarity.
