OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study is to report that micro insert is placed using a hysteroscopic approach for cannulating the fallopian tube for two attempted patients in our clinic. Design: Histeroscopically, Siloxane intratubal device were inserted to two women with Contraception desire. Setting: Gazi University Faculty of Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, Besevler, Ankara Patients: Siloxane intratubal devices are placed bilateraly into the proximal fallopian tube lumens with hysteroscopy Intervention: Hysteroscopic sterilization procedures were managed successfully. Main outcome measures: Hospitalisation time, operation time, permenant contraception achievement and possible complications were evaluated. RESULTS: Bilateral ovabloc placement was succesful for both of the patients. This technique was carried out as an outpatient procedure. At 3 months, correct device placement was confirmed with radiographs. CONCLUSION: Hysteroscopic sterilization is an easy and acceptable way for the patients with a little post procedure pain, effective contraception and high toleration.
